Refunding is done completely manually via the StoreProcessor VM.

Prerequisites:

In order to accomplish this, you'll need the card number, the customer name, the card expiry date, and the order number.  Chris doesn't know how you get the former, but the latter is available via the magento admin interface under the Sales -> Orders section.

 

Put the order number in the "Ticket Number" field, fill out the rest of the info, and Process.
