D. User Access Basics

Once a credential has been added to Pleasant Password Server, access to it can be granted directly to an individual user or to a role shared by many users.

Users and Roles can be imported automatically using Active Directory/LDAP.

The following outlines the basic steps needed to create security access in Pleasant Password Server.
Initially you must be logged in as Administrator with the Administration role to complete these steps.

Pleasant Password Server is accessible to users via web browser using the following URL:

https://HOST_NAME:PORT_NUMBER

https://localhost:10001
